Mother and Child Giraffes Products and Art

Most of my art up until now has been paintings and outline drawings. But I recently read a book that inspired me to try something new.

Can you tell what I did? Does it look like a painting? Actually it is a drawing. First I drew the outline of the bodies. Then I used Sharpie Markers to color in the base color. Then I used Prang Colored Pencils - to add depth and shading. Voila.

These cards with a mother and child giraffe are a great choice for Mother's day.

Here are the giraffes printed on tshirts; the mother and child can have the same design on their shirts.

This giraffe design can easily be used for a mother and child painting activity. The drawing outline is printed on faux canvas; it dries quicked than stretched canvas. If you want a different foundation to paint on, you can go to the product page and then look for the option to, Transfer design to a product.
