Info for the Baby Sitter Dry Erase Sheets

These dry erase boards can serve as a convenient way to provide information for your baby sitter. You can fill write in any information that will change from time to time. You can customize it with any information that will remain constant by adding text, such as your cell phone number.

There can be so much to think about when the new baby arrives, and one helpful thing is to have a ready to fill in form for the baby sitter. I remembered back to the days when I was a new mom, and these are the kinds of things that I thought would be important for the baby sitter to know. A sturdy form with info that remained the same, would have been very helpful.

This form is printed on a magnetic sheet, which makes them real easy to place on the refrigerator. The form can be easily customized with the information that is pertinent to you, or you can go with what I have already filled in.

I filled in a line for the names, for who the baby sitter is baby sitting for. If the baby sitter is concerned about something and needs to call the parents, it can be helpful for them to easily refer to the name that is printed on the dry erase sheet.

There is also a spot for a backup number, should the baby sitter not be able to reach the parents, care givers.

There are also extra lines for additional things that may not need to be listed every time, but something you want to mention for a specific date, i.e. no food after a certain hour, in bed by, etc.

So feel free to customize to make this work for you. They also make great baby shower gifts for the new parents.

This link will take you to my CherylsArt store on Zazzle, a print on demand company.

If you are more a free style thinker, this lined form will give you more flexibility in what you want to write. This design is shown on an actual dry erase board; you can choose the backing on it, whether it be magnetic strips, adhesive, or no backing.
