My thought:
One of the most important verses in the Bible, Proverbs 25:11, says, "A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver."
That means to speak with kindness. What we say and how we say it has great impact, so it's always best to be kind. And that includes how we talk to ourselves! Do you agree? Leave a comment below in the comment section.
I like associating affirmations with pictures; so I created the apple of gold on a background of silver image, to go along with this verse. I like skimming down my poster of images with a short one or two word text below each one. It's a quick and easy way to reinforce affirmations.
I also place affirmation magnets on my fridge. I like checking those out as well. You'll find the word fitly spoken verse on a variety of products below to help make your affirmation life easier.
Magnets:
A convenient reminder are refrigerator magnets. Just place one at or near eye level on your fridge for an easy daily reminder.
Keychains:
It can be nice to carry along an extra reminder. A keychain with this enlightening verse on it, provides a convenient and easy way to read these words whenever you're out and about and grab for your keys.
These keychains come in a choice of styles and sizes.
Postcards with two bookmarks:
If you would like to share this verse with multiple friends and relatives, these postcards are a convenient way to share. The front side of the postcard features two bookmarks that can be cut apart.
Tote bags:
Tote bags are great to use when going shopping, and or to carry papers and or books. A reusable tote bag also offers others a fun way to read the affirmation too.
Benefits:
Having an image to associate with an affirmation is an easy way to help remember the affirmation. Over time, just by seeing the image, the verse can automatically come to mind. I have been using and reading affirmations that I have associated with pictures over quite a few years. I find that it's an easier way to recall, remember, and use them. It can also help me have added positive feelings when I'm seeing the image too.
Add the benefit of images to your affirmation life to see if they work for you. They can also make great gift items.
You can find more Proverbs designs on magnets, mugs, and more at CherylsArt on Zazzle.
Thank you; and sending loving blessings to you.

Red Apple Gift Tags for Teacher Gifts
These gift tags are made especially for teachers, and can also be customized as a gift tag for anyone.
The three different apple paintings were done by me. In this first one, the apple is more narrow and is decorated with some freckles. The text on the front says, Best Teacher.
This next apple is a little wider, with orange and yellow highlights. The text on the front says, A+ Teacher.
This third design is a great choice for art teachers, as it features a pretty red apple painting done in pointillism. It includes the text - Thank you for being my teacher.
Whichever design you choose, the text can be customized.
Thank you for rewarding your teacher(s) and for your patronage.

Happy Saint Nicholas Day Holiday Cards
Here you will find Happy Saint Nicholas Day, holiday cards. Have you ever wanted to say something different in lieu of Merry Christmas? Perhaps the old greeting no longer applies to you for one reason or another, or you're totally in tune with celebrating the spirit of giving, the Saint Nicholas way.
As a kid, I believed in both Santa Claus and Jesus Christ. I remember staring out of my bedroom window late at night on Christmas Eve hoping to catch a glimpse of Santa in his sleigh and his reindeer flying across sky in front of the moon. I also prayed to my perception of God.
Later I realized that Santa (the image portrayed on TV and in most books) was a fictional character, and that there was an actual person, Saint Nicholas, who Santa was fashioned after. Saint Nicholas was an ordinary man who left bags of clothing, etc. on peoples porches, to help them out.
When I was in my thirties, I made a birthday cake with Happy Birthday Jesus on it, as I pulled away from celebrating Santa. But, then lo and behold, I found out that baby Jesus wasn't born in the winter months. I found out that early Christian priests had wanted to convert more people; they wanted more people to attend their churches. The priests thought that the celebration that was already occurring in December was an easy way to promote their agenda. That served as a wake up call for me.
That was actually years ago; and then one night I had an epiphany. Since Christmas and Santa Claus had somehow got mixed together, I thought it might be refreshing to actually give homage to what the original holiday or celebration was about; gift giving. - The man, Saint Nicholas, had started the idea of giving gifts by delivering sacks of goods to various families. He didn't even plan for it to catch on, he was just doing a good deed. It's was as simple as that, simple gift giving - from the heart.
I know that the image of Santa, Saint Nicholas, has also changed over the years. For now, I went with the image that I am familiar with, the man in a red suit with a white beard. I still choose to celebrate gift giving. It's a great way to show kindness to one another. And having a designated day of the year helps more people to get on board and to celebrate giving to one another.
So if you would like to join me in wishing people a happy Saint Nicholas Day, here you go; I appreciate you joining me. By the way, Saint Nicholas Day is December 6 every year.
The Santa image on the card is made from my pointillism painting that I did. Hope you enjoy it.
And on that note, I wish you and yours, a Happy Saint Nicholas Day.
If you are broadening your thoughts on the myriad of other ways to celebrate the winter holidays, this design is for you. This card features a variety of holiday symbols to cover a variety of beliefs and ways to celebrate them. For truly, there are many reasons for the season.

Pet Sitting Business Cards for Pet Sitters
Being a pet sitter can be a fun and rewarding job. The right business cards can lead to more clients, as well as by word of mouth. The business cards should reflect who you are and also what kind of pets you are willing and desiring to care for. Being a pet sitter doesn't mean that you have to take care of all animal types. You have flexibility.
With this selection you can easily delete any of the pet selections that you don't want to pet sit, and you can click on Customize It if you would like to rearrange the remaining animals. You can also change out the images with photos of your own. If you like simplicity, this is the design for you. It features outline drawings of fish, a cat, a dog, and a bird. Youcan customize this design to include only the pet types that you would like to sit for.
If you like cute and fun, then you'll probably enjoy the grins on this next design. It features a fish, cat, dog, and rodent.
If you like pet sitting for dogs and cats only, this one is a cute choice. The text can be easily customized to your preference.
If you are also agreeable to house sitting and watering plants, then this design is for you.
Each design above can be easily personalized online with your details.
Be sure to obtain any business licenses that you may need for your city and state. Some tips to grow your business is to let your neighbors and friends know about your services, and also to place your business cards at area veterinarian offices; with permission of course. I personally have used both neighbors and pet sitting services that I have found at the vets office.
The best to you.
