Coloring Books by Cheryl Paton
Here you will find a variety of coloring books by Cheryl Paton, listed in alphabetical order by category. You will find coloring books for kids to adults, including animal themed, floral and seasonal designs, and more.
The coloring images are printed on one side of the page. A blank area or a decorative area is printed on the back of each page to help minimize bleed through. This also provides a nice option for hanging all or any of the colored in images.
Some books can actually fit in to two categories. For now, I have listed the qualifying coloring book in the two qualifying categories.
The book titles are listed alphabetically in the corresponding categories. Each of the links below open up in a new window on Amazon.
Enjoy.

Pause for Peace
Sometimes we need to clear our mind and take a pause from whatever we're doing and or thinking about. Sometimes we need to take a pause for peace.
I've selected a couple of videos that I have found helpful with just that. Choose the video that you feel drawn to, then watch it and listen to relaxing music as you affirm the positive affirmation - Peace everywhere.
Have a beautiful blessed day.
Your comments are welcome.
Sending thoughts of peace your way.

The Affirmation Experiment
Welcome. Here you will find a set of three affirmations that I came up with that helped me. I hope that you find them helpful too. I am offering them to you for your own personal use. If you feel so inclined, I would also like your feedback, for which I would be grateful.
The instructions are pretty simple:
Read the affirmations first and decide if you want to do this experiment. Here they are: "I bring out and attract the good in others. I easily, happily, and kindly accept the kindnesses of others. I enjoy giving the kindnesses that I have to give." If you want to do this experiment, then you will make a commitment to yourself to do the readings for one week. (You can do them longer if you like.)
Then you will write down the affirmations on an index card (or whatever you have), read them three times a day - preferably once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and again in the evening. Also preferably out loud, and at least one time of the day - in front of a mirror.
Read them again the next day and continue on with the reading of the affirmations for seven days in a row. Then come back here and share your feedback. If you like the results after doing the experiment for seven days, then share this blog post, or the flyer below, with another/others. The specific details, along with the affirmations, follow:
Step 1. - Day 1.
Copy and write the following three affirmations on an index card. Write everything that is in the quotes.
"I bring out and attract the good in others. I easily, happily, and kindly accept the kindnesses of others. I enjoy giving the kindnesses that I have to give."
Step 2. - Commit to yourself.
Commit to yourself to repeat these affirmations for at least one full week, seven days in a row. Pause now to make your commitment, and add a comment below to add your intention.
Step 3. - Then read the affirmations several times a day, for seven days in a row.
Read the affirmations out loud, with positive feeling, at least three (3) times daily, for a full week. It can be helpful to say at least one of these times in front of a mirror. An occasional glance will suffice. If any of the affirmations doesn't seem quite true, just suspend your disbelief, perhaps read that affirmation again, and continue on.
Step 4. Honor your commitment.
Keep repeating the affirmations for at least a week, following the instructions in step 3, to honor your commitment.
Step 5. Day 8..
After you have done this affirmation experiment for one whole week, come back and share your feedback.
That's it.
Here is a printout of the instructions that can be purchased from my CherylsArt store on Zazzle, if you would like. It is not required to do the experiment.
You can also decide if you want to continue with reading the affirmations for another week or more. Whether or not you have noticed any progress or not at first, you can still decide what you want to do. The more time that you give to any new thought, the more natural the thought can become over time.
If you have found using these affirmations helpful, then please share this blog page, and or purchase copies of the flyer below for sharing this experiment.
Thank you for your consideration and or participation. Bless you.

Okay, Ok tshirts and more
I had told my daughter that I was going to make a new hand design, one with the symbol for okay.
She told me that the hand symbol for okay had other meanings to it that weren't necessarily so good.
So I did some research on it and found that yes, the symbol was being used for other meanings, but I also noticed that the direction of the hand was different for these so called other meanings.
I decided that okay means okay. And to clear up any confusion with the original intent, I added the word, ok, spelled with two letters, on the hand painting; so if there was any doubt or wondering, the person or persons could also just read the letters.
It is time for okay, or ok, to mean okay.
By the way, I used my own hand print to make this positive affirmation design.
This hand print design is ready for purchase on tshirts at my CherylsArt store on Zazzle.com.
When on Zazzle, you can also transfer this design onto other products; I will also be adding it to more products myself, on Zazzle.
You can also purchase this ok hand design on products that are printed by 3dRose. 3dRose products can currently be found on their 3dRose site as well as Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair, that I know of. To locate this design on the actual 3dRose site, go to 3dRose, click on the type of product that you would like the design on - found in the left hand column, then on the next menu - scroll down to CherylsArt Hands. Click on the item of your choice.

Art on Products: A Word Fitly Spoken, magnets, etc.
My thought:
One of the most important verses in the Bible, Proverbs 25:11, says, "A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver."
That means to speak with kindness. What we say and how we say it has great impact, so it's always best to be kind. And that includes how we talk to ourselves! Do you agree? Leave a comment below in the comment section.
I like associating affirmations with pictures; so I created the apple of gold on a background of silver image, to go along with this verse. I like skimming down my poster of images with a short one or two word text below each one. It's a quick and easy way to reinforce affirmations.
I also place affirmation magnets on my fridge. I like checking those out as well. You'll find the word fitly spoken verse on a variety of products below to help make your affirmation life easier.
Magnets:
A convenient reminder are refrigerator magnets. Just place one at or near eye level on your fridge for an easy daily reminder.
Keychains:
It can be nice to carry along an extra reminder. A keychain with this enlightening verse on it, provides a convenient and easy way to read these words whenever you're out and about and grab for your keys.
These keychains come in a choice of styles and sizes.
Postcards with two bookmarks:
If you would like to share this verse with multiple friends and relatives, these postcards are a convenient way to share. The front side of the postcard features two bookmarks that can be cut apart.
Tote bags:
Tote bags are great to use when going shopping, and or to carry papers and or books. A reusable tote bag also offers others a fun way to read the affirmation too.
Benefits:
Having an image to associate with an affirmation is an easy way to help remember the affirmation. Over time, just by seeing the image, the verse can automatically come to mind. I have been using and reading affirmations that I have associated with pictures over quite a few years. I find that it's an easier way to recall, remember, and use them. It can also help me have added positive feelings when I'm seeing the image too.
Add the benefit of images to your affirmation life to see if they work for you. They can also make great gift items.
You can find more Proverbs designs on magnets, mugs, and more at CherylsArt on Zazzle.
Thank you; and sending loving blessings to you.

Meditation Prayer Pillows
It has been said that it is important to mediate and also to mediate on God's word. What better way than to remind yourself of a favorite positive feeling prayer, than when you're ready to rest your head. It's the perfect time to put in your mind, a positive prayer. Thinking about prayer in this way can also be a form of meditation.
Sometimes the best prayer is just to give thanks. This round pillow showcases a universal multi-racial hand that represents all the races, reaching up and touching the universal hand of Love, represented as pure energy. The design and prayer are printed on both sides.
This next prayer pillow features a prayer of allegiance to God, whose real name is Love. It is displayed on a cloud like background and is printed on both sides.
See the Allegiance Pillow in pink.
Did you know that self talk is a form of prayer? Be sure to say good things to yourself.
Many sweet prayers to you.

Art on Products - Feel Good Affirmations
We all like to feel good, and/or better. It's such a good feeling to have when you're feeling good! Little reminders can serve to give you a boost with a refocus of mind.
There are times when I walk by and read one of my little affirmation reminders, that my mood can make a positive shift.
It also helps me when I purposely smile at myself in front of a mirror!
You may be wondering what this has to do with art. When I first started using affirmations, I found that I wanted something more. For me, it helped to have little pictures that went with the affirmation; my mind then made a quicker connection to them, and it also gave my mind an image. I liked that, and it worked for me.
If you like art, then that might work for you too.
It helps to be appreciative and/or loving. Think about a favorite experience, or when you felt loving towards someone (it can even be towards yourself.) It's nice to foster those kinds of feelings. If you can't seem to think of one, you can always create a new one. Think of something that you want to happen, and then think of how you would feel should that event happen.
Rhymes are also a good way to make a positive connection to good feelings. I make them up for myself and used to also make them up for my daughter when she was a kid:
I have said this little rhyme often, to help me think of things that I appreciate.
And yes you are loved. It helps when you are also loving towards yourself. Give yourself a hug, a smile; you're worth it.
Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that we are loved, loving, and lovable. And then we may need to update our minds on what loving is - such as being kind, doing something nice, giving praise or a compliment to another, and/or to yourself.
When we teach our minds what we expect loving to be, we'll be more able to recognize the love in ourselves and then we can see more of it in our lives.
Smiling also helps. Think about something you like, or you could even just smile first. Sometimes the positive thought can also follow the positive action.
In joy.
