Art on Products - Peace Flag Products

The original flag for the United States had the thirteen red and white stripes, with a circle of stars. Using that as the basis for a new idea, I decided to make a peace sign out of the stars and place them on a background of red and white stripes. Their number is still thirteen, and there are fifty stars that make up the peace sign.

This makes a lovely design on throw pillows. The reverse side is solid red.

They make a fun way to share some patriotic news on postcards.

Art on Products, Dragonfly Painting

I saw this dragonfly when we were on vacation. It was perched on a rail outside on the patio. I wondered if he would he stay there long enough so that I could take his picture. He did! I love the coloring and the delicate looking, yet strong wings. I love painting things from nature. He was a delight to see. May you enjoy this colorful dragonfly too.

Here he is on greeting cards to help send your message. The front of the card says, Buzzing your way... The inside says, to wish you a happy day.

Dragonflies are commonly found near fresh water. There is a pond that is approximately 1/2 mile from where I live, and a river that is about 1-1/2 miles away, in the opposite direction. We do have the sightings of dragonflies where we live in West Virginia, in the spring and summer.

I thought this handsome dragonfly would make a lovely puzzle. You can choose from a variety of puzzle sizes, and also the number of puzzle pieces, from easy to challenging.

I referred to this dragonfly as a he, but actually, I don't know whether it is a male or a female. Male dragonflies have a bulge on the underside near the abdomen, whereas the female underside is smooth.

Here is the same dragonfly done in watercolor for a softer look:

I hope that you enjoyed my dragonfly options and hope you enjoy more dragonfly sightings.

Art on Products - Colorful Tropical Fish

Here you will find a variety of products with various tropical fish designs on them.

I love looking at tropical fish. They are so colorful, and the patterns are varied. You can find stripes, solids, dots, and more. Here I made a collage painting of various colorful tropical fish that I've seen at large aquariums.

You can see the small version on address labels. They are easy to personalize.

Sometimes you can see a baby fish swimming with its mother. You can see what I mean on this apron. These fish can be colored in with paint markers for a one of a kind tropical look.

What if a painting of tropical fish was used to show whether the dishes in the dishwasher are clean or dirty? Check out these magnets:

I made my own version of tropical fish with blue tape! Here it is printed on tshirts:

Hope you enjoyed my presentation of colorful tropical fish. The links will take you to either Zazzle, or 3dRose; both are print on demand companies.

Thank you for you patronage.

Art on Products, Yellow Swallowtail Butterfly Stationery

The swallowtail butterfly has a tail like extension on its bottom wings; that is how it got its name, swallowtail.

I love butterflies, no matter what kind they are, and I also love painting them. The yellow swallowtail is one of many butterflies that I've painted so far. In this one the butterfly itself is done in pointillism. The stems and leaves are painted with regular acrylic blending techniques.

This pretty butterfly is shown to the left of the address on lined stationery. The address is easy to personalize on the provided template form.

A larger version is printed on these custom postcards.

If you prefer more private correspondence, this beautiful design is also ready on greeting cards.

And here it is on stickers; a pretty way to seal the envelope.

If your thoughts are more towards, Thinking of you, then this card is for you.

Thank you for stopping by.
